Ian McLaren is an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Health Care Sector. He has been working to provide the Clinical Applications Clinicians use to assist their patients to get well, while also taking into account the reporting and audit requirements to meet management and government KPIs.

Ian has international experience from working with clients in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. He has helped to deliver applications in many clinical settings including Emergency, Inpatient, Outpatient, Community, Mental Health, Pharmacy, Results and Orders. He has worked in both the private and public sector. All of which allows him to understand clinicians needs quickly and be able to explain their needs to other IT professionals.

Tam is a result oriented Test Lead with over 16 years of IT experience with proven ability to update, maintain and implement QA/Testing frameworks across various industries including Human Resources (ERP), Payroll, Recruitment, Hotel Management, Customer Loyalty Management, Casino Management, Higher Education, Insurance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Wagering Systems, and Telecommunication while working both locally and internationally (UK and India). Tam brings extensive experience working as Test Analyst/Manager in large scale ERP implementations and complex business applications specializing in defect management and various phases of software Testing life cycle including System Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End Testing and User acceptance Testing. Tam is passionate about identifying and improving Testing processes and implementing Test frameworks from scratch. 

Tam holds a Master Degree in Computer Applications and is a Certified Professional in ISTQB, ITIL 4 and Cert IV in Leadership and Management.
